One team, a whole lot of talent
The Collective started with a simple idea, that really good beauty pros do their best work when they get to run things their own way, surrounded by people who push them to be better. That's what you'll find here. A group of independent hairstylists, nail techs, and estheticians who each built their own name and chose to build it together, in one warm space in Normal, Illinois. Different specialties, different styles, one high bar for the work.

Maggie specializes in blonding and lived-in color, building relationships with her clients that feel more like friendship than a service. At 20, with a little over a year in the industry and a passion for beautiful hair, she brings a level of care and attention that goes well beyond the chair. Outside the salon she's hanging out with her roommates, hitting the gym, or grabbing coffee around town.
